Deadline for hotel reservation: May 15, 2005

Newtours has reserved rooms in Florence and advises all congress registrants to make reservations as soon as possible to guarantee accommodation in Florence. Please send the enclosed hotel accommodation form and specify the hotel category and type of room (single or double) desired as well as arrival and departure dates. All requests must be accompanied by a deposit, as specified in the table below plus € 15,00 for agency fees and mailed directly to:

• Newtours will send a voucher, which must be presented at the check-in at the hotel, specifying the name and address of the hotel and confirming the reservation and receipt of the deposit.

• The deposit must be paid within April 15, 2005, and the balance will be paid directly to the hotel.

• The hotel will issue receipt of payment (inclusive of deposit).

• Single rooms are available in a very limited number and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If not available, the Secretariat will assign double rooms for single use.

• Please be aware that only 2 persons can stay in a double room.

• If you need to accommodate 3 persons you will need to require a triple room and if more a family room.

• Air conditioning is not always provided in ** and * star hotels. Before booking be sure to check if available.

• Reserved rooms will be held for participants for the night covered by their booking deposit. Should participants fail to arrive, the hotel will then be free to use the rooms from 12.00 (noon) on the next day, unless otherwise notified by the participants.

Hotel reservation forms without the first night’s deposit will not be considered.
